Who can publish on Ubica.do?
Developers, real estate agencies, or owners with verifiable projects in the Dominican Republic.
What types of properties can be listed?
Residential, commercial, or tourist projects, for sale or rent. We do not accept duplicate properties or properties without basic documentation.
How is a project validated?
We request information about the representative, area, property type, and real photos. Our team validates the information before publishing it.
What happens after submitting the form?
We review your proposal, and if it meets the requirements, we'll contact you to confirm its publication. If there's anything pending, we'll also notify you.
Can I edit or delete an already published project?
Yes. Write to us at contacto@ubica.do or via WhatsApp at (829) 670-4945 and we will update it for you.
For buyers and interested parties
Do I need to register to search for properties?
No. You can freely explore all the projects published on Ubica.do without creating an account.
How do I contact the project owner?
Each post includes a button for direct contact via WhatsApp or email with the developer or representative.
Are the projects verified?
Yes. Our team reviews each application before posting it. Only real projects with confirmed data are featured.
Does Ubica.do sell properties directly?
No. Ubica.do is not a real estate agency and does not participate in direct negotiations between buyers and sellers.
We are a connection platform that facilitates contact with developers or agents responsible for each project.
Important: Ubica.do does not charge any commission to the buyer. If the sale is completed, the agreed commission is negotiated directly with the developer or real estate agency, without affecting the final price you see on the portal.
Can I request more information or schedule a visit?
Of course. Use the project contact button to communicate directly with the project manager.
